Funny plans for Easter!

Hola. ¡Feliz viernes! Happy Friday! En la entrada de hoy les vamos a adelantar las actividades que les proponemos para Semana Santa. Pero antes, publicamos las soluciones a la actividad de ayer:

Spring
1. The sun is shining.
2. The birds are singing.
3. The butterflies are flying.
4.The grass is growing.
5. The rain is falling.
6. I can smell the flowers.
7.I can see a rainbow.
8. I can fly my kite.

FUNNY EASTER: CHOOSE AN OPTION EVERY DAY: A or B
TAKE PHOTOS OF THE FUNNIEST MOMENTS, SELECT THE BEST AND SEND THEM TO josejuanceipcesar@gmail.com AND WILL PUBLISH THEM ON OUR PADLET AFTER EASTER
MONDAY
a)Do some spring cleaning or organizing
We know cleaning isn’t exactly “fun,” but with everyone off from school and off from work, the house is bound to get messy, and pretty quickly at that. Carve out a few minutes, even if it’s just 15, each day to prioritize organization.

b) No choice. It´s time to clean.
TUESDAY
a) Make a cardboard fort
Building and decorating a fort can be a great way to have fun, no matter how old you are. While there are all sorts of forts you can build, none of them will be as customizable or as easy to make as a cardboard box fort. By getting the base right, adding extra rooms and decorating your fort, you can make a secret cardboard base that's all your own.get inspired visiting this link: https://www.pinterest.ca/jadis1/cardboard-forts/

b) Set up a treasure hunt
Treasure hunts are pretty easy and depending on how many items there are, could last a while. Hide anywhere from 10 to 20 items around the house or outside to keep kids occupied for a few hours.
WEDNESDAY
a) Watch the beluga whales at the Georgia Aquarium
There’s a beluga whale webcam set up at the Georgia Aquarium, so you can see what your whale friends are up to at anytime.https://www.georgiaaquarium.org/webcam/beluga-whale-webcam/

b) Virtually tour the Great Wall of China
You don’t need to leave your home to explore some of the most historic monuments out there—the Great Wall of China included.

THURSDAY
a) Bake together
Cookies, cakes, brownies. Anything! Baking is a great lesson in measuring, ingredients, and of course, making delicious goodies.

b) Make a pizza
It’s miscalleneous toppings night. Whatever you have laying around the house, that’s what’s going on your homemade pizza!
FRIDAY
a) Dance, mediate, and get moving
That might not seem like one individual idea but you can do all three with GoNoodle. GoNoodle encourages kids (and families!) to get moving, whether that’s dancing, meditating, or just jumping around! Don´t miss Young Dylan Dance Along!

b) Yoga Time
The YouTube account Cosmic Kids Yoga has all kinds of yoga-for-kids videos. It’s not just for kids, either; you can all do yoga together as a family!

SATURDAY
a)Play dress-up
It never gets old.Fancy dress parties are great funkids who love to dress up! Wearing the right clothes, whether it’s a crown, swirling ballet skirt or builders hard hat, seems to complete their pretend play. The secret to the very best dress up costumes lies in the child’s imagination. If they feel the costume is right, then it’s perfect! Get inspired with this link: https://kidsactivitiesblog.com/14169/simple-dress-up-ideas/

b) Play Hide and seek
The rules are that one person (the "seeker" or "it") closes their eyes and counts while all the others hide. Take it in turns to be "it".
SUNDAY
a) Have an indoor picnic
Grab a sheet, whatever food you have, and enjoy a living room picnic (without the ants). You can even play that memory game at the same time: “I’m going to a picnic and I’m bringing…” Each person takes turns remembering (in order) what everyone is bringing and then adds one thing each turn.

b)Play cards
Rummy, War, Go Fish, Solitatire, Uno, Old Maid… Any game you can think of!

Durante Semana Santa, este blog te acompañará hasta el miércoles 8 de abril. Happy Easter!
